Saddle Up for Adventure: Horse Trekking to Karakol Panorama and Kok-Tuz Green Plain

Discover the breathtaking panoramas of Karakol and Eastern Ysyk Kol on an unforgettable horse trek with our trusted partner, Bulak-Say Horseback. Embark on a 4-hour adventure that takes you through mesmerizing landscapes and showcases the beauty of Kyrgyzstan.

Bulak-Say Horseback, owned by Almaz, offers a range of horse treks with skilled guides and well-trained horses. The most popular options include a 2-hour trek to Karakol Panorama and a 4-hour trek to Karakol Panorama and Kok-Tuz (Green Plain). We recommend the 4-hour trek as an optimal choice, especially for those not used to horse riding.

To begin your journey, head to Almaz's farm in Jolkolot village. If you don't have a 4WD car, Almaz can arrange transportation to and from the farm for 600 soms. Once there, you'll receive a short horse riding instruction before setting off on your trek.

During your 4-hour adventure, you'll be treated to stunning views of Karakol Ski Base, Ak Suu Dendropark, and the beautiful Kok-Tuz Green Plain. The trek concludes by returning via the Karagai Jylga gorge, after passing through the Jolkolot gorge on the way up.

Pricing for the 4-hours trek:
